Each row is a home size. Each column is a visit type. A blank price asks the customer for a custom quote instead of showing a total.

Offer additional services customers can add to their booking.

The price type shows only the fields that affect the total. Other details stay saved.

Fees & Taxes

Configure additional charges and applicable taxes.

Fixed fees add a set amount. Percentage fees add a percent of the taxable total. Taxes are calculated on taxable charges and shown as tax at checkout.

Turn this off when the cleaning price itself should not be taxed. Fees can still be taxed on their own.

Booking Rules & Policies

  1. Download a template

    Start from a blank file, or export the prices you already have.

  2. Edit your prices in Excel

    Change amounts in the spreadsheet. Keep the file in the format you downloaded. Rows you leave out stay as they are.

  3. Upload your completed file

  4. Review changes before applying

    Nothing is saved until you apply the reviewed file. A file with errors is not applied.

Schedule

Timezone sets the first bookable day. Closed weekdays and blackout dates stay off the calendar. Leave them empty and every day in the booking window stays open.

Where the booking is sent

The customer form only talks to StartMaid. StartMaid delivers the request from here.

  1. In the selected account, open Automation and create a workflow.
  2. Set the trigger to Inbound Webhook.
  3. Copy the webhook URL that trigger shows.
  4. Paste it below and save. The booking page never receives this URL.
  5. Map name, email, phone, address, city, zip, service, frequency, date, window, access, source, and value.
